Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement applies to non-public technical, commercial, payment, account, and operational information exchanged with nextaigear.
Confidential Information
- Confidential information may include product plans, pricing operations, payment configuration, integration details, credentials, customer records, and business communications.
- Information is not confidential if it is publicly available through no breach, independently developed without reference to confidential material, or lawfully received from a third party.
Use and Protection
- Recipients may use confidential information only for the purpose for which it was provided.
- Recipients must apply reasonable safeguards and must not disclose confidential information except to personnel or vendors with a legitimate need to know.
Credentials and Payment Data
- API keys, webhook secrets, certificates, and payment configuration must be treated as sensitive information and must not be shared in public channels.
Return or Deletion
- Upon request, confidential materials should be returned or deleted where reasonably practicable, except for archival copies retained for legal, security, or backup purposes.
